Abstract:The development of an enterprise has very important relation to its mangers' competence. For a modern enterprise, when assessing the validity of its human resources management and promoting its function value in organization, it is very important to realize whether its human resources management achievements can help individuals and organization improve the performance validity. Competence model provides a tool and method that could combine all functions and services of human resources together and can help all staffs, whole company and even the whole society to work more efficiently in the future. The thesis focuses on discussion of the concept of competence as well as how to establish the managers' competence model based on the enterprise's characteristic.
