The rapid development of the High-tech industries comes from the fast development of venture capital in Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone. Though the venture capital of Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone is comparatively successful in operation, some problems still exist, compared with venture capital in some developed countries and domestic developed area. On the basis of in- depth analysis of its inefficiency, this paper puts forward further development measures for venture capital of Xi'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone.
