Climate change and its effect have long become the focal point of the word because of the great influence on the natural ecosystem and the social-economic system. Supports from the scientific research are always taking the most important role when we facing the tasks of adaptation and mitigation of climate change. Achievements of scientists need to be transformed into practicable plan and skills. The uncertainties contained in nowadays scientific research has been discussed in the article and the areas and problems that need to be paid great attention in the ongoing research work has been provided to the authors opinion.
