failure in realizing strategy,in most cases,is caused by defective strategy implementation.The main barriers to existing executive method are discussed in the paper.The executive process of strategy map is presented in detail-BSC deploys strategic objectives to driver factors of four perspectives by causal hypothesis,surpasses a method of business performance measurement and becomes a systematic frame of strategy implementation.And the method is objectively evaluated based on the analysis of relationship between BSC and the strategy.
