This article introduces the mode of i nsurance regulation,explains the o rganizational system of insurance regulation and analyses the methods of insurance regulation in the US.The experience of insurance regulatio n in the US may be of great importance to the co nstruction of China' s insurance regulation.Some recomm endations are made on China' s insurance regulation development and innovation.
