Abstract:Based on a questionnaire survey by fa ctor analysis,four main factors are extracted as effective measures on work attitude.By multi -variable co rrelation analysis,the correlativ e relationship between the four factors and em-ployee' s turnover intention is discussed an d five variables are found critical i n incurring turnover intention.Fin ally,using one -way ANOVA and cross analysis,employee' s turnover intention and the level of five key factors are compared among state -owned enterpr ises,private enterprises and joint ventures.
