Based on discussing the achievements in Agricultural Sci-tech Extension System(ASPS) in western China this paper points out the constraints in the area such as the incomplete system as well as unplanned extension.The paper also put forward suggestions on how to improve ASPS such as to better policies and regulations,to increase investment and the training of people.
