After analyzing the Mainstream Block Theory of Management, based on management structure and three characteristics of management attribute, the paper puts forward a basic concept of management integration. The paper points out that the essentials of management integration is to syncretize management theory, management technique and management practice so as to promote management system innovation, increase management quality and resume the nature of management process. The paper describes the management theory being provided with direction and application, management technique with tools and pertinence, management practice with thoughts and efficiency.The paper concludes that supply chain may provide integrating tools for management integration.
