    摘要:

    企业文化建设与现代企业制度之间有着双向的共生效应和互补效应。一方面,实行现代企业制度不断地更新和创造着各种文化观念,建立起新的企业文化;另一方面,新的企业文化建设又影响着企业的生产经营活动和企业发展,促进着现代企业制度的确立和完善。因此,在我国建立现代企业制度的过程中要加强企业文化建设,推动现代企业制度的建立。

    Abstract:

    There is a mutual relationship between the establishment of corporation culture and modern corporation system, which has the paragenesis effect and supplementary effect. On one hand, the establishment of modern corporation system constantly transforms and created various culture conceptions, resulting in setting up a new corporation culture. On the other hand, the establishment of the new corporation culture has a great influence on the business activities and enterprises development, as well as accelerates establishment and perfection of corporation system. Therefore, during the establishment of modern corporation system in China, great attention should be paid to the establishment of corporate culture, which will foster the establishment of modern corporation system.
