After studying the identification of high-tech enterprises and its products in many provinces and cities the paper establishes an index system of high-tech enterprises in use of AHP method in order to realize the quantitative integrated evaluation in this field. Grounded on the modification of BP artificial neural network the paper develops an intelligent type of quantitative integrated evaluation method of high-tech enterprises simulating the thinking of experts which is proved to be effective through its application in some enterprises.
