Based on analysis of the importance of vehicle industry in constructing Xiaokang society, the paper illustrates the relationship between the rise of vehicle industry and technological development, and points out that the technology development is key to narrow the gap comparing with foreign developed countries, thereafter, the technology creation approaches of vehicle industry are presented.
