Tourist Destination Composite System (TDCS in short), seen from the synergic theory,is the comprehensive coordination,integrated coordination and long dynamic coordination of numerous factors in the composite system.Based on the explanation of the concept of synergic development of TDCS, this paper points out that the impetus elements of synergic development are composed of motive force of demand, income impetus, time convenience, the attraction of products, the pulling force of sales promotion and the power of government regulation, and then states that synergic mechanism and integrated development play an important role in strengthening the competition and attraction of the tourist destination and exerting man's adjustment functions.
