Achieving the potential tremendous profit through the bank reengineering which can gather the core com-petitive ability has become a strategic developing tendency.After utilizing the optimal frontier of Coase Theorem and the virtual organizational technology,,this paper analyzes the spillover effect on scale management,profit and knowledge arising from the bank reengineering,,then,it proposes some advice against the risk.
