Abstract:Organizational learning(OL)has become one of the hottest topics in business and in academy in the last20years in the west.Organizational learning in enterprises is influenced by many factors,,one of which is indi-vidual cognitive style.Cognitive style is an individual's preferred approach to information processing.It influences organizational learning in two main ways,ie.,influences organization members' individual learning as well as the collective mental models in organizations.This paper considers cognitive style's influences on organizational learn-ing and the cognitive style-based managerial interventions designed to improve organizational learning.
