In the last two decades of the20th century,the private-invested higher education had been developed quickly in our country along with the development of the market economy.In1999,State Council approved"the education-promoting platform facing to the21st century"submitted by the educational ministry and other docu-ments that encourage the development of the private-invested universities.Since then,,the mass higher education has become an important part of the higher education reform and private-invested education has attracted more and more attention.One question that the private-invested universities and many research institutes concern is how the private-invested education can overcome so many obstructions and makeprogress.In this paper,the au-thor tries to answer this question from the perspective of management.
