With development of economic globalization,it becomes more and more important to optimize trade structure and improve the products competitiveness for economic development.This paper analyzes changes in Chi-na's trade structure and international competitiveness of products since the implementation of open up policy.Then problems existing in foreign trade are pointed out.Some policy recommendations are given to address these problems and to optimize the trade structure.
