As the scale of enterprise information system(EIS)has enlarged,EIS becomes more and more complicat-ed.In order to keep EIS running with stability and security,need for EIS management comes into being.How to transform EIS management from simple traditional mode to scientific modern method,how to accomplish standard-ization,modernization and theorization of EIS management have become main content in enterprise management.EIS management is a complicated systematic project,so management activities involve around the lifecycle of EIS.In this paper,the authors focus on planning management,propose its contents and set up management mode.
