Based on the view of division, this paper explores intensively the dynamic evolvement of the relationship between services and manufacturing industries. Firstly, this article explores the history and cause of the growth of service industry, then it analyzes and validates the relationship of interdependence, reciprocity and favorable interactions between services and manufacturing industries; finally it studies the convergence trend of services and manufacturing industries.
