On the basis of balance accumulating mark card and valuation principle of state capital performance, and combining the need of corporation valuation, the paper chooses five aspects of indexes that effect corporation value: financial, market, technical innovation, production and staffers, and constructs an index system of corporation valuation which combining quantitative and qualitative, financial index and non-financial index, static and dynamic, then marks the corporation value with synthetical valuation method.
