Different institution choices lead to different policy of technology innovation, and diverse innovational features. This paper analyzes the influence of institution on technology innovation from incentive institution, cooperative institution, entrepreneur institution, patent institution and learning institution. The paper pertinently demonstrates the existing problems and presents some suggestions by studying the evolvement of new policy of technology innovation in our country since 1980s.
