The distribution of authority responsibility and interest among different interest groups in engineering projects brings the principal-agent problems which play a very important role in organization efficiency and the maximum utility of principal-agent person. The paper makes a systematic study on the governance structure of engineering projects from the perspective of governance structure,as well as analyzes the optimization pass to optimize the principal-agent chain.
