Eight CEECs have been the members of EU formally since May 1, 2004. How will EU enlargement impact on CEECs' inflowing FDI? After reviewing former literatures and analyzing current data, this paper suggests that CEECs will meet the second climax of inflowing FDI after this integration, but the scope will be smaller than the first one which occurred in the transition.
