Starting with the base of the implementation of technical standard strategy, this paper explores the cooperative evolution among technical standard, intellectual property strategy, and technical innovation. The research shows that technical innovation promotes the integration of technical standard and intellectual property strategy, which, however, exerts double - edged influences over technical innovation; it might be beneficial to technical innovation from some aspects, but might be hindering from other aspects. Only when the three factors develop coordinately, can the virtuous circle of production achieve, the core competitive strength of the main body of technical innovation in crease and winning standards actualize. Market - orientation, standard - advancing, and balanced interests are key factors for the cooperative development of technical standard, intellectual property strategy, and technical innovation.
