Abstract:Based on case studies, the paper explores the Chinese enterprises' development experiences and strategies in the context of Chinese economic transition from the perspective of interactive evolution, and also identifies the sound interactive improvement between enterprise and environment. It is a typical strategic evolution path for enterprise growth, conforming environmental changes, to shift the strategic management from environment opportunity-seek ing growth to enterprise quality-building growth, in the context of Chinese transitional economy. We believe the re suits of the study will benefit to the enterprise strategic management adapting to environmental changes, and will contribute to the government policymaking for the relative regions development.
