Developing high-tech industry is a strategic direction to improve Chinese technological innovation ability and international competitiveness, to drive the sustained and rapid economic growth, to take a new road to industrialization, and to put the view of scientific development into practice. Significatively, this paper discusses the strategic problems existing in the development of Chinese high-tech industry.
