This paper analyzes the trend of cross - regional labor migration and the possible changes presenting on Labor Market in the background of EU enlargement from the aspects of trade, FDI and immigration. The conclusions are as following: a uncontrollable situation will not emerge during labor immigration from CEEC to EU members, and the impacts of labor migration due to the migration scale will be moderate and it is impossible to collapse the labor markets of EU incumbent states.
