Abstract:Scholars have done a great deal of work on the research of industrial clusters at home and abroad. However, current researches are mostly based on features, mechanism and performance of the industrial clusters on their emerging stages The diversification of industrial clusters classified by scholars can be regarded as the "slash shots" of the various stages of the industrial clusters' continued evolution. In line with the analytical method of complex system evolution, the author proposes the stage analytical model on morphological evolution of industrial clusters, points out the four stages of industrial clusters, and indicates the core of cluster policy is to promote the sequential evolution of industrial clusters into a higher stage of self-organization mechanism.
