The research establishes a liner multi-factor model , on the consideration of dumb variables and driven factors , to compare the driven factors of urbanization between Nanjing and the other equivalent cities . On the base of empirical research , the paper ,by comparison , focuses on the relative speed of the urbanization ,and the relative efficiency in utilizing the resource in Nanjing . The paper puts forward some policy suggestions according to the conclusions reached.
