Some developed countries, such as United States, Japan and EU, have adopted double standards in international trade towards developing countries, introducing the unbalanced economic development into international trade. These discriminative standards are not in accord with WTO principles. By analysis of different forms of double standards, their influence on China' s import and export and root causes, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to overcome these double standards.
