With development of project management theory and practice,project governance has gradually become a new hotspot in project management research. The project governance theory is a virginal research field. This paper proceeds with the analysis of public governance and corporation governance. By considering projects own features,it attempts to discuss from three aspects of project internal organizational structure, external organizational structure and outside environment.
