This paper deals with the information-flow net structure in the tech-innovation. By defining the net node in details and arguing the node's behavior, this paper induces the path equation for the information in the light of the MEP. The connection characteristic among the nodes is discussed based on the net-embedability. Then the dynamic behavior is described clearly.
