Abstract:The full fledged implementation of the West Development Strategy has resulted in the establishment of a national common market. In this context, both China' s west and east sections are trying to win more shares of opportunities, fueling even more intense competitions. The asymmetric competitiveness of the two sections naturally puts the west in a disadvantageous position. This paper, based on the empirical study of the two sections' economic development, proposes a co - opeti tion development pattern for the win - win goal.
