Emerging technologies are giving challenges to the traditional mode of management.When compared with traditional technologies, emerging technologies have many notable characteristics.In this paper, challenges issued by emerging technologies to traditional mode of management are discussed in the first place. And then this paper focuses on advancing a new managerial policy, analyzing characteristics of the market, and proposing a tentative policy for developing a special market system by taking advantage of emerging technologies.
