Abstract:Under the circumstances of economic globalization, Chinese manufacturing enterprises are confronted with a worldwide competition. It is an inevitable trend for them to carry out internationalization strategy and it is also an inevitable choice when they develop to certain phases. According to multinational theories, we review the experiences of enterprises' internationalization model in America, Japan and Korea, which may be useful for Chinese enterprises. Based on the retrospection, we sum up and analyze some classic internationalization models of Chinese enterprises. There may be a long groping process before successfully bringing the internationalization strategy to effect.
