This paper puts forward a competitive electricity market model. On the basis of it, this paper researches bidding mechanism, which can form efficient wholesale electricity price, and analyzes transmission/distribution price matrix in efficient wholesale electricity price and related financial and physical transmission right. In conclusion, it discusses the formation of retail price.
