To the limitations of traditional scientific research performance evaluation methods, this paper proposes a model that is used to evaluate scientific research performance based on data envelopment analysis(DEA) and multiple-parameters evaluation. This model adjusts the multiple -parameters evaluation result by the DEA model result, gives a more reasonable evaluation result that can compare the performance between units with different input scale.
