As the private technology companies playing an important role in the increment of GDP of China, how to design the strategies of IPR, improve the ability and skill of IPR exercise , and augment the quality and quantity of IPR owned by China have been an important issue of the existence and development of companies. This article analyzes the effect of IPR management of private technology companies, and gives solution to the problems of IPR management of private technology companies in China.
