From the early 1990's,the relation between the international manufacturing and the international services transfer is increasing close.Based on the perspectives of synergetic relationship,the relations between the international manufacturing and the international services transfer are turning to synergy.Therefore,the paper analyzes various synergetic relationships between the international manufacturing and the international services transfer in China,and tries to explain why the synergetic relationships appear in China.Finally,the paper points out how the synergetic relationships influence Chinese industry development and proposes some advices for China.
