Based on literature review on success criteria of enterprises' new product development projects,this paper proposes a success criteria concept model.It also provides a systematic definition on success criteria of enterprise NPD projects from time dimension and level dimension,which is for the enterprise to take the reference of accurate evaluating the success of NPD projects.
