From the viewpoint of Knowledge Potential(KP) and under the background of internet surroundings,Knowledge Creation Model of OKP-PK for enterprise technology innovation cooperation is formulated in this article.Basic concepts about epistemology and ontology in traditional SECI model are firstly introduced,and then the SECI model is modified with the setting up of O-KP-PK model.Meanwhile,the knowledge creation process in the enterprise technology innovation is also discussed.
