The paper is an explorative research on the evolutionary mechanism of China' industrial ecosystem in eco-industrial field.The Haken Model in Self-Regulation Theory is applied in the paper and the evolution equation of industrial ecosystem is established.Based on the empirical analysis of the 21 provinces(zones,cities) in China,the empirical analysis is carried out and the conclusion is drawn that the environmental productivity of labor is the order parameter of the industrial ecosystem,which indicates that the capability of the green technology innovation is the key factor in the eco-industrial development,thus the instruction of eco-industrial development mainly depending on the technology innovation is proved from the view of Self-Regulation Theory.
