A great deal of domestic literatures have been focused on the small firms' cluster these years. However with the process of economic globalization, Multinational companies(MNCs)have been more and more important in cluster participation. Recently foreign scholars have explored the research field of MNCs participation cluster. Based on the review of existent literatures, this paper takes Suzhou cluster as a case study to analyze the interactive relationship between MNCs and clusters empirically, points out the cluster's advantage and shortage, and gives some advices on the regional economic development in our country.
