    摘要:

    党的十六届五中全会在科学分析国际竞争形势和国内发展阶段的基础上,提出要把增强自主创新能力作为科学技术发展的战略基点和调整产业结构、转变增长方式的中心环节,把大力提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家作为面向未来的重大战略。在激烈的世界竞争、交锋和博弈中,站在最前线的,是企业;决定竞争成败的,是我国企业整体的核心竞争力,其决定性因素在于自主创新能力。本文论述了我国企业走中国特色自主创新道路应注意的几个问题,提出了在努力培育自主知识产权产业,大力推进自主民族品牌战略方面的政策思路。

    Abstract:

    The fifth plenary session of 16th Conference of CCP,on the basis of scientifically analyzing international competition conditions and domestic development stages,called to take self-innovation ability as the strategic basis of science & technologies development and the core task of industrial structure adjustment and transforming growth pattern;take the improvement of self-innovation ability and constructing innovative state as one of the key strategy of the future.In the furious world competition and struggling,the frontier is enterprises;the factor of success is the integral core competition forces of our enterprises,the key is the self-innovation ability.This thesis discusses several problems which our enterprises should pay attention to in the China's characteristic self-innovation,puts forward the policy proposal of cultivating self-innovation intellectual property & industry and promoting national brand strategy.
