Through systemic analyzing the deficiency in callback and recycle of electronics castoff, and taking the experience of establishing policy system of our country for reference, the paper carried out the countermeasure systems to reinforce electronic castoff management from the view of system. And according to the stage characteristics of economic development of China, it put forward the management mechanism and policy measures to consummate law and rules, construct social callback systems, reinforce socialization supervising, and encourage industry development.
