Farmer households have been argued to have noncooperation tradition.The reasons for this are conflicts between collective rationality and individual rationality as well as the asymmetric information and opportunism.While the emergence of farmer cooperative recently seems to arose the hope of farmer households' cooperation,the exploration of formation of these cooperatives become significant to the study on farmer households' cooperation behavior.The paper firstly reviews the farmer households' cooperation movement,then it analyzes the dilemma of cooperation and finally explains the behavior and approach of households' cooperation in reality.
