Abstract:In Western psychology and business administration, occupational stress is a fast growing research area. However, the research is very little in China, especially the study on the work stress in state- owned enterprise during reform period is still blank. This paper analyses the relationship between work stressor and job satisfaction in state - owned enterprises by empirical research method. It found that work stressors have apparent relationship with work satisfaction and health, and the work stressor are distinct different in gender and position.
