Chain business is a kind of business organization form with relatively obvious scale economy. The scale of chain enterprise should not be smaller than the minimum economic scale level,otherwise operation profit will be less than the cost. Generally, chain business produces scale economic effectiveness through scale expansion. In this paper the cause that chain enterprise has so powerful and vigorous vitality and the law in scale expansion is explored from the advanced organization structure, management system of operation and low cost expansion mechanism.
