By reviewing on relavant literatures, we found that the agglomeration of economies has become the new dominance resource of location advantages of multinational corporations. In this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of industrial clusters in transaction as mediate economic organizations, and concluded that the character of agglomeration is saving transaction costs. Then, we discussed its effect on the location's choice of multinational corporations in the perspective of both of dynamic and static, finally the benefit of multinational corporations from the industrial clusters location was examined.
