In this paper, the theory of data envelopment analysis (DEA) and cluster analysis of DEA-optimal partition were applied in the evaluation of coordinated development of regional resource, environment and economy in China. We also provided a new approach to study coordinated development. The paper analyzed the calculative results based on practice, and at last several proposals and suggestions were proposed.
