Western management ethics appeared to integrate with that of China in1980s. The integration not only had progressive significance for the whole society, but also promotes the development of Chinese and western management thought and management practice. The paper generalizes the essence of Chinese and Western ethics respectively,and points out that the complementarity in Chinese and Western ethical acts as the inherent logic in the integration of Chinese and Western management ethics. And the pattern of that is also constructed. Finally the main points of Chinese enterprises management ethics are proposed on basis of the pattern.
